Aspirin is not for everybody's heart

For healthy people at low risk for coronary heart disease, the bleeding risks of aspirin probably outweigh any possible benefits. This is the finding of a report in the March issue of Heart. The benefits of taking aspirin for prevention increase as the risk of a cardiovascular event increases.
