Patrick Cooney, president of The Federal Group, a lobbying and strategic planning firm in Washington, D.C., discussed the legislative and regulatory update session he is participating in this afternoon at the 2023 PBMI Annual National Conference. One of the main topics of the session will be the various bills that have been introduced in Congress that would limit or regulate some of the business practices of pharmacy benefit managers, Cooney said in an interview with Managed Healthcare Executive.
