"You have a physician, a nurse, nurse practitioner or physician assistant, and a pharmacist, the business office social worker, you have a whole team that's working on behalf of the patient," Dave said. "We share the same EMR record, so, whatever information I have from the patient from the pharmacy perspective, I enter that in whatever interaction I've had, and that is seen by everybody on the care team.
That really helps facilitate patient care, and just makes it a little bit more efficient, that patients aren't having to repeat everything that they're having, or if they're suffering from a side effect"

April 29th 2023Aside most of the 311 respondents to the 2023 Annual Managed Healthcare Executive Pharmacy Survey favoring PBMs, two-thirds indicated they favor restrictions on rebates and discounts so PBMs won’t favor drugs with high discounts. A similar proportion favor transparency rules that would require disclosure of rebates and discounts.
