ACE inhibitor delays prevalence of WML in stroke victims
Perindopril, an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, can help stop or delay the progress of white matter lesions (WML) in patients with prior cerebrovascular disease, according to research presented at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Neurology.
