Ben Shirley

Ben Shirley is the senior director of performance measurement at the Pharmacy Quality Alliance. He provides expertise in several phases of the measure development process, including specification, analysis and consensus-based endorsement.

Prior to joining PQA, Shirley worked as a research analyst at IMPAQ International.

Shirley has a bachelor of science degree in health policy and management from the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina.
