April Maa, MD, professor of Ophthalmology at Emory University School of Medicine, shared some of the latest findings of a current trial her team is working on regarding innovations in teleopthalmology tools. Maa presented these findings at the AAO 2023 meeting in San Francisco over the weekend.
In addition to data her team gathered, Maa also discussed in an interview with MHE how teleopthalmology is transforming the vision health landscape, and dissected the process of online eye exams and prescriptions.
