Supreme court to rule on AWP laws
Washington, D.C. - The high court heard arguments last month in a case(Kentucky Association of Health Plans vs. Miller) charging that a Kentuckystate any-willing-provider (AWP) law violates the Employee Retirement IncomeSecurity Act (ERISA).
