The results are in and 75% of our readers think the Medicare $2,000 per-year cap on out-of-pocket costs for prescription drugs should not be extended to commercial insurance.
A $3,250 cap went into effect this year and will be lowered to $2,000 next year. At this time, it only applies to Medicare enrollees with Part D coverage.
