Act 624 prohibits pharmacy benefit managers from owning or operating pharmacies in Arkansas, which a judge recently concluded likely violates the U.S. Constitution’s Commerce Clause by discriminating against out-of-state companies.
Crosson presented today at the Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute’s 2025 conference, held this week in Orlando, Florida. Her session was titled, ‘The Evolving Policy Landscape: How Pharmacy Benefit Leaders Are Responding to Change.’
