Bonus pay falls for Medicare stars
Only four stars or more get 5% bump

The demonstration phase of the star rating program ends this year. In 2015, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services will only grant bonus pay above the county rate to Medicare Advantage plans with four or more stars.
