A recent American Cancer Society study found that colorectal cancer is increasingly common, especially in adults under 50. Test your current knowledge with this slideshow and learn what you can be doing to prevent it.

Colorectal cancer cases are on the rise, especially for adults under the age of 50, according to a new report released by the American Cancer Society.

Researchers used population-based cancer incidence data from various sources, including the National Cancer Institute's Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results program and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Program of Cancer Registries.

Combined, the data covers data from 1998 to 2022 and more than 99% of the United States population.
