Q&A with Marc Bennett about Quality Improvement Organizations
Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs) are facing more than just a bad rep; the Institute of Medicine has proposed reforms to the QIO System, and Congress is considering legislation. However in this Q&A, Marc Bennett, president of the AHQA which represents 40 QIOs, says the system needs more resources to better ensure quality.
