Adults haven't increased their level of leisure-time physical activity during the past decade, and only one in four gets the recommended amount. In the March 9 Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, the CDC reports that although physical activity is associated with many health benefits, the trends in physical activity remained constant during most of the '90s.
