Chairman, CEO and co-founder of Waltham, Mass.-based athenahealth, Bush used his experience as an owner of a struggling medical group as an opportunity to explore his vision for revenue-cycle management that would enable providers through a more controlled claims environment, and ultimately reduce processing nightmares for their payers, too.
